Founding Advisor membership is currently offered at no cost as we build our inaugural cohort. Our focus during this founding phase is on bringing together exceptional professionals who share our vision for supporting independent physician practices. As the network evolves, additional programming, events, and member benefits may lead to future membership options. Founding Advisors will always be recognized as the professionals who helped establish the community from the very beginning.
No.The Loden Advisor Network is not a referral quota organization. We believe the strongest referrals are earned through trust, collaboration, and exceptional service—not obligation.Members are encouraged to build relationships, share expertise, and support one another whenever appropriate. Referrals naturally follow when the right opportunity arises.
Membership is intentionally selective to preserve the quality and integrity of the network.Applications are evaluated based on several factors, including:Professional reputation and integrityExperience within your area of expertiseCommitment to collaborationAlignment with the mission of supporting independent physician practicesGeographic and professional diversityAbility to contribute meaningful value to the communityQualified applicants may be invited to participate in a brief introductory conversation before membership decisions are finalized.
Yes.Our goal is to create broad geographic coverage while maintaining meaningful opportunities for collaboration.Depending on specialty, geography, and existing membership, multiple professionals within the same industry may be accepted. However, we intentionally avoid oversaturating any single category to ensure every member has the opportunity to contribute and build valuable relationships.
Absolutely. While experience is important, we evaluate people—not simply the age of their company. Some of the most innovative professionals in healthcare are building new businesses after years of experience in their industry. If your organization is newer but you have demonstrated expertise, a strong professional reputation, and a collaborative mindset, we encourage you to apply. Our focus is on the value you bring to physicians and to the network—not how long your business has existed.
Primarily, yes.The network is designed around professionals who directly support independent physician practices. However, many exceptional professionals from adjacent industries—including technology, finance, leadership development, commercial real estate, architecture, cybersecurity, and business consulting—bring tremendous value to healthcare practices. If your expertise serves physician-owned businesses, we'd love to learn more about your work.
We encourage active participation because relationships are built through engagement. While attendance is not mandatory at every event, members are expected to participate in the community throughout the year through discussions, educational opportunities, roundtables, or networking events whenever possible. The value of the network increases when members contribute.
The Loden Advisor Network is designed for busy professionals. Most members can expect to engage in a way that fits their schedule, whether that's participating in quarterly events, collaborating within the member community, contributing educational content, or making introductions when opportunities arise. You determine your level of involvement, but we encourage members to remain active and engaged.
Yes.Many of our strongest members will join through personal nominations from trusted colleagues. If you know a professional who shares our commitment to collaboration, integrity, and strengthening independent physician practices, we encourage you to nominate them for consideration.Every nomination is reviewed through the same thoughtful membership process as direct applications.
Membership is reviewed annually to ensure the network remains active, collaborative, and valuable for all members.Founding Advisor recognition is permanent and honors those who helped establish the network. However, continued active membership is based on ongoing engagement, professionalism, and alignment with the values of the community.
The Loden Advisor Network was created because independent physician practices deserve more than disconnected vendors. They deserve a coordinated team of trusted professionals who communicate, collaborate, and genuinely care about helping practices succeed. We believe better relationships create better outcomes—for physicians, for patients, and for the professionals who serve them. The network isn't built around exchanging referrals. It's built around building trust. And when trust exists, referrals naturally follow.
